Medium-Dark Roast Colombian Coffee

For our Gustavo’s Reserve coffee, we choose only the finest coffee beans grown in the lush, green mountains of our family-run estate just outside Pereira, Colombia. Gustavo is a fourth-generation coffee farmer, and he brings the full breadth of his knowledge and skill to bear in crafting this magnificent blend of coffee. The beans bring a wonderfully smooth and balanced palate of citrus, banana, and cocoa notes to the coffee, and the mild body on the coffee makes it easy and smooth to drink. Finally, we carefully roast the beans to a lush medium-dark, carefully caramelizing the natural sugars of the bean to add a dark, toasted sweetness that balances out the brighter fruit flavors. All in all, this is a sweet, pleasant, low-acid coffee that’s easy to drink morning, afternoon, or even at night.
